Biography of Emmanuel Bobbie (Bob Pixel); the creative Ghanaian Photographer

Emmanuel Bobbie working under the moniker “Bob Pixel” was a product of Kwame Nkrumah University Science and Technology (KNUST) where he earned a degree in Communication Design (2001).

With over 12 years under his belt as a professional photographer, Bob Pixel has worked with celebrities such as actress Yvonne Nelson, rapper M.anifest, actor and politician John Dumelo, Menaye Donkor-Muntari, actress Jackie Appiah and actor James Gardiner and many others.

He specializes in advertising and commercial/documentary photography. He isn’t your average photographer because there is always a deeper meaning to the pictures he takes and always gives people a new way to look at people and situations. 

Some of the notable agencies and campaigns that Bob Pixel has worked with include UNICEF (Living with Refugees) Vodafone Ecobank, Emirates, GH Fan Milk, Guinness Gh, ABL, Samsung, Coca-Cola and many more.

Chances are that you might have seen a billboard in town that he did the creatives for. In March 2019 Bob was amongst 17 delegates chosen to go witness the Amsterdam fashion week and document it in the Netherlands. Bob has taken to videos and providing drone/aerials photos of Ghana for commercial purposes.

As an avid traveler of his own country, his videos have showcased various beautiful unknown parts of Ghana.

The most recent being Otumfuo Osei Tutu’s mother’s funeral which held global attention, the Glassblower of Somanya, (the only certified glass blower in West Africa), and content for Samsung Q-Led.

Bob has an organic following of over 70k and keeps growing daily. Bob lives in Ghana and is married and lives in Accra the Capital and open for travel assignments out of Ghana.
