NSMQ

Generally, the Regional Qualifiers for the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) will official begin on Monday 12th April 2021 to Saturday 15th May 2021.

This years’ NSMQ will be streamed live on the social media pages of NSMQ Ghana and its Youtube channel. The balloting for contests will take place across the country from 9th to 19th March 2021

In the Eastern Regional Qualifiers, there will be 10 Contests in all with 4 or more Schools competing in each contest.

The NSMQ 2021 Eastern Regional Qualifiers, will be held from 31st of May to the 3rd of June, 2021 in venues that will be announced by Primetime Limited; the organizers of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).

There will be 4 contests held on Day One that is on 31th May 2021. On Day Two, there will be 4 Contests and that will be held on 1st June 2021.

On Day Three, there will be 3 Contests that will be held on 2nd June 2021, and on Day Four there will also be 3 Contests that will be held on 3rd June 2021.

In a tweet by NSMQ Ghana which was sighted by unitedshowbiz.com.gh, it reads;

Every year, the Eastern region boasts some of the most competitive fixtures in the #NSMQRegionals.

For #NSMQ2021, schools in the Eastern region will battle out in 14 contests from the 31st of May to the 3rd of June, 2021.

The National Science & Maths Quiz seeks to promote the study of Science and Mathematics in Ghana. This programme has been popular at unearthing local young scholarly talent since 1993 and was adjudged the CIMG TV Programme of the Year 2017.
