Nigerian-American singer-songwriter, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has ultimately spoken for the first time over the death of his personal photographer, Fortune, and it is heartbreaking.
Davido took to his Instagram page to lament over his loss.
Meanwhile, it has been months since Davido’s personal manager, Obama BMW, passed on, and it was really heartbreaking for the singer.
But since death is inevitable, he had to go to rest.
The death toll in Davido’s camp reached his personal photographer a few days ago, and the ‘assurance’ hitmaker can’t seem to understand himself in all this ordeal.
Fortune was reported to have drowned in the water while carrying out his daily shooting job.
According to Davido, he described the photographer as one of his confidential people in the camp.
Fortune’s death has really been a big blow to the whole camp.
Part of his write up reads: I can’t believe you’re gone since we met. You never left my side. You really were all about me, like nothing else mattered.
“I can’t believe you didn’t give me the chance to fulfil the rest of my promises to you. My heart is so heavy right now but I’m just grateful I met you.
“You went from a complete stranger to one of my most closest confidants.
“You truly were the best kid. I’m so grateful we got to travel the world and create so many iconic moments with you”
