Juliet Ibrahim is the eldest sister amongst her four siblings. She was born in Ghana to a Ghanaian-Liberian mother. She spent the longest part of her life in Ivory Coast and Lebanon due to the Civil War in Liberia.
While she was living in Lebanon, she received First School leaving certificate for completing elementary school.
