Kasoa Murder: Ghana Police Service arrests Fetish Priestess Behind ‘Rituals’ Saga

Information available to unitedshowbiz.com.gh has it that the Ghana Police Service has arrested one fetish priestess believed to have instructed two boys in Kasoa to murder a 10-year-old boy.

This follows a murder case where a 10-year-old boy was allegedly murdered by two teenagers at Kasoa in the Central Region for money rituals.

Per the reports, the fetish priest demanded in addition, a sum of GHC 5,000 from the two boys to be for the rituals.

The victim Ishmael was murdered by two teenagers, Felix Nyarko, 16, and Nicholas Kini, 18, who have been handed over to the police to assist in investigations.

The sad incident happened at Kasoa Lamptey Mills in the Awutu Senya East Municipality in the Central Region on April 3, 2021.

At the court of trial, the young boys admitted that they were approached by a fetish priestess they saw on television who requested them to present pieces of a human body and a sum of 5,000ghc for rituals.

Following their confession, police launched a manhunt focused on the information given in court by the young boys.

The supposed fetish priestess who instructed them to carry the objects was apprehended in Suhum Amanase on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, contrary to initial rumors that they were going to conduct the rituals in the Volta Region.
