The management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has announced the closure of halls of residence and that of KNUST-owned hostels by Sunday 25th April 2021.

This was revealed in a statement sighted by unitedshowbiz.com.gh after a decision after a meeting by the residence committee that was held on Thursday, 15th April 2021.

Per the statement, students have been asked to vacate all halls and KNUST owned hostels by Sunday, 25th April, 2021 and further informs all students to take all their belongings along with them.

The residence committe of KNUST directed that students whose examinations extended beyond the stated period would be required to vacate their halls 48 hours after their papers.
