Akuapem Poloo was convicted and remanded into custody after she was found guilty of all three charges on her own plead by court on Wednesday.
Then on Friday following a successful pregnancy test conducted, Poloo was sentenced to 90-days in prison after taking a n**e photo with her son on his seventh birthday last year June.
Following the court’s final verdict on her case, Ghanaians on twitter and celebrities joined together to start a movement on social media with the #FreeAkuapemPoloo as they plead the court to pardon her.
The latest celebrity to come with his support for Poloo is the Lynx Entertainment signee, Kuami Eugene.
According to Kuami Eugene, he has decided to take off the Rasta hair off in support for Akuapem Poloo as he hopes the actress will be freed by the court.
In a tweet sighted by unitedshowbiz.com.gh, the ‘Open Gate’ singer wrote, “I’m taking off the Rasta off Tomorrow for Poloo.”
