Mexican rapper Dan Sur gets gold chain hooks surgically implanted into scalp

Mexican Rapper, Dan Sur has made it into International news again for having a gold chain hook surgically implanted into the scalp of his head.

Photos of his extreme new look have gone viral on social media after he shared pictures of himself in it.

Dan Sur believes that he is the first rapper in the world’s history to rock an assortment of Gold chains as his hair which hangs from hooks he had surgically implanted into his scalp.

“I have it like a hook that is implanted in my head and that hook has hooks and they are all hooked in my skull, under my skin,” Sur said in another viral clip. “This is my hair. Golden hair. The first rapper to have golden hair implanted in human history. ”

At age 23, Dan Sur underwent the bizarre surgery, which involved dozens of gold chains, in April.

When asked why he has chosen to be seen in his current looks, Dan Sur said:

“The truth is that I wanted to do something different because I see that everyone dyes their hair. I hope not everyone copies me now, ” he said in one of the TikTok videos that he shared with his 1.9 million followers on the streaming platform.

Sur was reportedly inspired by rapper Lil Uzi Vert, who made headlines earlier this year after boasting about spending $ 24 million on a “natural” pink diamond lodged in his forehead.

That, of course, did not go as planned: Vert, 26, now says that a fan ripped the priceless stone from his head during the Rolling Loud music festival in July, but that he was able to recover it. He told TMZ, “I feel wonderful.” “I feel pleased since I still have the diamond.”

Meanwhile, a closer glance at Sur’s Instagram page reveals his more standard look from before his odd hair replacement treatment in 2019.

It comes after Lil Uzi Vert had a $ 24 million pink diamond inserted in his head.

Uzi disclosed in January that she had purchased the diamond from Elliot Eliantte, her favourite jewellery designer, after years of saving.
