The much-awaited National Championship of the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz is set to soon kick off in later October to November 2021.
The Preliminary Stage of the 2021 edition begins on October 26 in the Greater Accra Region.
Primetime Limited, the organizers of the NSMQ, in a Facebook post sighted by unitedshowbiz.com.gh says it will feature 146 senior high schools nationwide.
The 146 schools will converge to slug it out for the trophy and the bragging right as champions of science and mathematics education in Ghana.
Also, Primetime Limited disclosed the reason for the delay in the National Championship this year.
They attributed it to changes in the academic calendar of senior high schools (SHSs) due to the impact of COVID-19.
The National Championship of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) is organized annually in June.
