Sarkodie and Castro were not on good terms before his demise – Nero X spills the truth

Ghanaian singer, Nero X, known in private life as Joseph Nkrumah Buabeng, has revealed a new niche of the relationship of Sarkodie and Castro had before his demise.

According to Nero X in an interview on Agyenkwa FM monitored by unitedshowbiz.com.gh, he said Sarkodie and Castro had their differences prior to his death.

He claimed the duo had an issue which Castro wasn’t happy but due to his sense of humour, he still went ahead to record the ‘ Adonai’ song with Sarkodie.

He further added that in spite of him having issues with Sarkodie, Castro opened up for them to work together.

He also recounted how Castro offered a helping hand to most of the Taadi upcoming musicians at that time.

 Musicians like Kofi Kinaata and other Takoradi based musicians.

Who is Nero X

Joseph Buabeng was born and raised in Lagos Town a suburb in the Western Region of Ghana Nero X attended Takoradi Secondary School and later attended Takoradi Technical University

He started his music journey in 2005 as a member of the group ‘2Unit’ with fellow musician Ayesem .
They would later contest in the Nescafé African Revelations reality show that same year.
In 2010 Nero X emerged the second runner up of ‘Star Grab the Mic’ organized by Empire Entertainment.

In 2013, he won in the maiden edition of Viasat 1 TV’s Born Starz.

Nero X released his first single ‘Osey’ in 2015 which topped major Ghanaian music charts. He will go on to release Otan, Nyame Dadaw, Nyimpa Nua among others.

Nero X has worked with artists such as Castro, TeePhlow, Nana Quame, KK Fosu, Guru, Okyeame Kwame, Flowking Stone, Tinny.
