Sarkodie has finally broken his silence on the issue of protesters and security forces clashing in Ejura Sekyeredumase in the Ashanti region.
Two people died and about 5 more injured when police and the military clashed with protesters in the town following the murder of a ‘fix the country’ activist’.
Security officials fired bullets into the crowd leading to the deaths and casualties.
Numerous celebrities like Efia Odo, Lydia Forson, Yvonne Nelson, and others have responded to the atrocities by condemning the government.
Others, like Shatta Wale, has asked the youth to stop protesting and value their lives.
Sarkodie has broken his silence on the in a new post on Twitter.
Responding to a story about the death of protesters in Ejura, Sarkodie showed his anger over what is happening.
According to him, the violence on offer is not the same Ghana that we showcase to the world.
“Definitely not the “Ghana” we preach to the world,” Sarkodie wrote.
