Afia Schwarzenegger has started an Instagram campaign to get Ghanaian celebrities to cater for the son of Akuapem Poloo, who is going to jail to complete her 90 days sentence.
According to her, doing so is important despite his mum’s ungratefulness.
It seems as Afia Schwarzenegger’s pleas have fallen on soft ears as actress Tracey Boakye has committed to taking care of the boy.
Afia Schwarzenegger contends that it would be a traumatic experience for Poloo’s son to spend the Christmas festive season without his mother.
She, therefore, appeals that people go to the aid of the 8-year old boy.
The post was targeted at Tracey Boakye who is known for her philanthropism.
Tracey Boakye commented on Afia Schwar’s post with emojis that signal her approval of Afia’s request.
Though Tracey Boakye agrees with Afia Schwarzenegger, it remains to be seen if the former would follow through to help the boy.
In 2019, Akuapem Poloo started a banter with Tracey Boakye over the movie ‘Baby Mama’. In a video, Akuapem Poloo could be seen angrily blasting Tracey for accusing her of not promoting the movie.
‘Baby Mama’ movie is produced by Kumawood actress, Tracey Boakye.
The movie was premiered on the 20th of July at the Watch and Dine Cinema in Kumasi.
