Leading Ghanaian television channel, TV3 Ghana has officially launched seasons 6 and 7 of its dating reality show labelled as Date Rush.
The launch was held on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at the premises of TV3 in Kanda, Accra.
Speaking to TV presenter, Anita Akua Akuffo in an interview during the launch, Mr Francis Doku, the General Manager at MG TV Ltd (a Media General subsidiary) revealed that the two seasons were going to be exciting.
Francis Doku, disclosed exciting packages hidden in this year’s episodes.
“I think there is even a bigger Fatima, Ali and all the people who made Date rush big last year. And also this year, we are going six months again we are starting January and we ending July.”
He disclosed that the production team will introduce a special edition of Date Rush for the people of Kumerica after a survey conducted revealed more viewers and natives of the Ashanti Region of Ghana love the show.
Adding to the above, Mr Francis Doku said Date Rush will be made available on the channel’s reality app for engagement, comments and integration.
